Would this work on woodblock floors without leaving them dull or sticky?

Do not use this product on your floor. It will make it look nice if you don’t walk on it at all afterwards. It’s an oil that doesn’t ever really dry. Dust will soon stick to it. I find that after I use it on my window seals within a day I have lots of dust stuck to them. I think it’s a product that’s meant to be used to bring life back to old wooden objects, and not a product to keep a nice varnished look.

Can I use this to clean finger marks on oak veneer doors

I used it on a pine toy box to stop it drying out with the central heating It soaks into the wood so don't know what would happen to you door.

Why is this included with the alcohol? It quite clearly states that it is furniture oil.

I really don’t know - I don’t think there is any alcohol in it! It is a (very good) furniture oil

Do you need to prepare your wood first?

This product (I found) is used to rejuvenate the wood. It replenishes the oils naturally found in the wood. When wood dries out it can go greyish. All this will do is soak into the wood. If you’ve got untreated wood this will stain it, but if you are looking for a sheen finish to your wood this will dull down quite quickly.
