Great steering pump for the price!
The pump was decent, but you’ll need to purchase a 14mm x 1.5mm o-ring to re-attach the high pressure line (they should have provided one). The new pump’s low pressure fitting was mounted differently (as mentioned by others), but it’s easy to remove it and just reuse your old fitting with the new o-ring. Make sure you clean out your reservoir and use only Honda power steering fluid. Only takes about one bottle to fill it. After you add the fluid, raise the front end of the car up and turn the steering wheel from left to right about 10 times. That will help with getting the air bubbles out. Then, start the car and do the same left to right turns. Check your fluid and add to the middle of the lines, and you should be good. No noise, whines, or issues. Test drive the vehicle and check for leaks. Pump seems to work well.

Whining Noise
This pump worked on my crv for about 6 months, it has been making noise and it's getting louder and louder, I contacted the seller to ask about warranty but never got an answer, now I have to buy a different brand. It was just a waste of time and money..

It is a little noisy, but if you like supercharger whine, then you will be ok!
Used on my '07 Honda CRV. Went on pretty easy, had to use the hose connector from my old pump so the hose would connect properly. Not a problem though. Tried using the o-ring that was from the new one but it didn't work. Luckily I had bought the proper o-ring from the dealership ~$1 and it worked just fine. It is a little noisy below 3k rpm and under 30 mph. After that the road noise and age of the car drown it after that ;)

Highly Recommend
After being skeptical due to reading mixed reviews, finally decided to purchase. The pump was very easy to install and I did not have to make any changes or modify anything on the pump. It’s been installed for 5 months now and still works perfectly and has 0 leaks!

So far so good...
Installation went smoothly, so far it hasn't given me any problems. No leaking and it's not making any noise. We will see how long this last. Will update if anything goes bad. This was for a 2006 Acura Tsx.

Cheaper and brand new item, not remanufactured like the expensive ones.
So far so good. The noise issue of my 2005 Honda CR-V LX is gone. Happy camper :) I have to let everyone know that after installing, you need to jack-up your car and open the power steering reservoir. Start the engine and let it run. You need to turn the wheel, end to end 10 to 12 times back and forth in order to push-out the air inside the new power steering pump or inside the hose line. If you do this properly, you won't have any noise issue right after.. And make sure by adding power steering fluid to the upper level of the reservoir. And you don't really need to change the fluid, unless it's dirty. Hope my review will help everyone the proper way to install a power steering pump.

DO NOT purchase this item!
I purchased this power steering pump in Sept/23 and installed it in my Honda crv in October. Now, a mere 7 months later, 1 month past their 6 month guarantee, I have metal filings in my power steering reservoir, which obviously have originated from mechanical breakdown of the pump. Save yourself a huge headache and hundreds of dollars in repairs. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Noisy, so removed it
Agree with Michele above. I had to change the elbow connection to the straight one from my original Honda CRV 2005 pump. Works well after fitting with no leaks. The only issue is a whining noise in lower gears, especially while driving uphill. I have ordered a rebuild kit to fit in my original pump to check whether the noise problem is solved. The rebuild kit works well in the original pump. I have removed this pump and am sad that the return window is closed. The whine did not go away with running as I expected.
