Durable and pretty
Great dish. Pretty red color. Durable. When I bought this, the description said there was a lid. Now it says there is not lid, so good for the description.

Easy cleanup - excellent baking
Bought this baking dish a few years ago and it looks as fresh today as it did when we unwrapped it. The color is great, the baking quality (mostly lasagna and casseroles for my family) is outstanding, and the size is perfect. My favorite part of this dish is that it cleans up so well after use - a good soak and the baked on food lifts off so easily without having to scrape. This easy cleanup means the surface continues to be smooth and more or less non stick. A quality item at a great price.

A Beautiful, Functional Piece of Culinary Art
This is my first piece of Staub ceramics. (I will be purchasing more!) It is magnificent! Cooking is a complete pleasure, thanks to this dish; clean-up is a breeze! It replaces a glass 13 x 9 dish that decided to "explode" in my oven. My confidence in this lovely dish knows no bounds. I love being able to not only cook my favorite recipes in this classy new addition to my kitchen, but to also serve them up in this beautiful ceramic dish. (The extra sturdy handles are a big plus!) I am actually thankful now for the opportunity to see for myself how extremely wonderful it is to own Staub ceramics. Thanks for an outstanding new member to my favorite cookware which is well-worth the additional money spent.

Best baking dish ever
Easy to clean, terrific heat distribution, handles well-designed (I use silicone 'mittens' to move the dish when hot). Doesn't scratch like Pyrex. Far better than any Corningware I've had. If I were starting all over, I'd just buy these.

Big upgrade from glass baking dish
The baking dish is well made. The ceramic is even and there are no defects. It’s heavy, which aids with heat retention and distribution. Food comes out evenly cooked. Seems durable, but I haven’t had it very long. Overall, I’m very pleased and would recommend this to anyone.

Really holds the temp, great cooking consent heat, easy clean up.
The first dish I made was baked Ziti, its a messy dish. After letting it sit for 30 minuets the servings came out great. This is the first time the whole dish was cooked evenly on all edges and bottom. Next on deck 7 layer lasagna. Very easy clean up. I'll be ordering more sizes soon.

Well made and high quality.
STAUB is excellent quality. Goes from oven to microwave to refrigerator to dishwasher without a problem and will do so for many, many years.
