LIPOELASTIC PI Active- Post Surgery Compression Bra, Cotton Blend Surgical Bra with Front Closure & Seamless Cups

I purchased two of these bras to aid my recovery from breast surgery . I'm nearly two weeks into a six week recovery and have found them to be excellent. Very well made. I am normally a 38C bra and purchased Size XXL. The measurements on-line comparing to usual bra measurement recommended going up a size and I am glad I did. Extremely supportive and comfortable to wear, particularly as I was found to be allergic to the medical dressings and had no coverings over my wounds to both breasts. The post-operative bra has been comforting and is aiding my recovery. Wash well. Breathable material, elastic supportive under band and adjustable straps. Would recommend. I am tempted to keep these front fastening bras for future wearing should I make a complete recovery and do not require further surgery. Incidentally previous reviews have complained about the label on the back being the wrong side. On the contrary, labels in garments are notorious for irritating, and I suspect the designers of this post-operative bra thought it sensible to attach the label on the outside of the garment to prevent discomfort. It can easily be cut off too without damaging the bra.

So comfy! My surgeon provided me with a lipoelastic one after my augmentation but I needed a spare so purchased this one. It gives a great cleavage but with full support and comfy straps. Love that it doubles as a sports bra for after the healing process. Great value for money

I bought this bra after having surgery and I wanted something comfortable, but also supportive. This bra does that, it’s easy to fasten up at the front. The only issue I had was that the sizing is quite small so I had to return one and get a bigger size. If I was being picky, it would be better if the support came a bit higher under the armpit as well, to help the swelling there, but other than that it’s a really nice bra for post surgery.

I bought a lipoelastic bra over the other leading competitor due to reviews about quality and I can see that this is a well made bra. Where they fall down is definitely their sizing. It's whey off. I was 2 weeks post breast reduction when I bought it and measured for a large around the bust and extra large under bust. Customer services rightly told me to go to the larger size so I purchased an extra large. My bust only just fits the extra large and thats leaving it quite low cut. It would definitely have not gone near the large that would have fitted according to their sizing. Unfortunately I can't wear it yet due to the tight fitting across top of my breast due to hypersensitivity. However as its well made I'm keeping for future use. Conclusion, definitely measure up and size up on this one!

Perfect fit and very supportive for my new breasts

The bra itself is a lovely shape, with supportive and soft fabric. The cups fit very well. However, the band that goes around your rib cage is extremely tight and leaves red marks where it cuts in. This has been painful around the bruised area following surgery. I did size up (from small to medium) but actually could have done with a large, although the cups would presumably have been bigger and not have had the best compression? I can only wear this with the bottom three hooks undone. It was not cheap, so I'm a bit annoyed as I can't return it because I've worn it a few times.

Very comfortable, easy to put on/take off. I machine washed it on gentle and it was absolutely fine. Would recommend.

After reading the reviews, I was worried it would be too small (I am usually a 39/40 back & orderd large), but it is super comfy and does offer a fair amount of support, but in truth, I'm worried its not enough, as the original bra provided by the hospital was VERY tight. This being said, I'll wear the hospital one in the day and this at night as it is very comfy and I'll probably keep wearing it around the house post recovery too. Apologies in advance to my neighbours in the interim, I'll be doing a lot of washing at random times to make it work 🤣

Brassière utilisée suite à une mastectomie bilatérale cancer. Approuvée par le chirurgien, a une très bonne compression mais sans être oppressante comme une autre brassière plus chère que j’ai acheté et que j’ai du mal à supporter. Les élastiques sont doux sur les cicatrices et elle est réglable selon la compression souhaitée. Heureusement que je l’ai sinon ce serait un enfer car je dois la porter 24h/24. Je recommande vivement. C’est un excellent rapport qualité prix. Parfaite pour mastectomie ou toutes chirurgies des seins

(Review by Thomas's wife) These are great! Just the right amount of consistent compression. It does not rub on my incision sites but does compress them. Tried another cheaper post-surgical bra (Renova) that had way too much stretch in the material. It will probably be good to wear down the road when I don't need as much compression. I like that they have a good amount of cotton in them. The hook and eye closure of this bra is a must for me. I had a zip-up bra that kept breaking. I have wide-spaced breasts, and this bra holds them in place closer together to encourage better positioning. Some say this bra runs a bit small, but I found it was perfect for my goals; however, I can imagine those who want less firm compression might be happier with a larger size.
