I use the M3's as my IEM for actual studio mixdown reference for production (in addition to traditional monitors) and they are the greatest headphones I own. These are not nearly as accurate as a pair such as the M3's but the build quality, and audio-to-value is still very high for the low price of $20. Bass is present and good all around, not boomy, mid's are there but not very strong, and high's are just a little overzealous at times - clear and loud, but not crystal clear. That being said, they still sound better than any other headphone i've heard in this price range. They fit extremely well, and the tips are a great feel much like all the other brainwavz pieces. The cable is made of the same feeling material as the factory iPod headphones, but has a little more length, which I like. Came with a shirt clip too, which is convenient when running or riding a bike. Sound isolation is fair. Packaging isn't as nice as more expensive models, but that was to be expected. No carrying case. Overall, awesome product for the price.

Okay, I ordered these and a cheaper pair of Panasonic HJE 120 earbud headphones. Mostly I wear these while jogging and to listen to Netflix. I hadn't specifically noticed much difference between any earbuds before, even ones I had spent more money on. Let me get right to it: THESE ARE MUCH BETTER. I listened to a wonderful song with these as I opened the Panasonics. I was read to hear little if any difference. THE BRAINWAVZ ALPHAS were definitely better! I will be giving the Panasonics to my kids to play with. Great headphones for not too much more!!

Coming from a person who edits music on a serious note, I was highly surprised how good of a response these got. They can hit the LOW lows, and some very HIGH highs. All while somewhat maintaining an almost flat response. These are a steal for the price and I would highly recommend these as a must buy.

Good value. I decided to give the Brainwavz headphones a try paired with a mp-3 player when I go out walking or jogging. For about one-third of what I paid for my previously go to, but more fragile, earphones, the Brainwavz overall sound was very close to the more expensive set. Early impressions suggest these should provide a little better durability, with adequate bass and little less mid and high end detail when compared to the more expensive earphones. Since I am using them for exercise and not for serious listening, its cost to value receives my vote. Besides, I find it hard to put serious listening and mp-3 in the same sentence under the best of circumstances, when compared to live performances or good analog recordings.Additional comments: early impressions - seems to seat well in the ear and stays in place when jogging; higher gauge wires used than found on some other earphones

I have been using these very frequently for prolonged periods of 2-3 hours at the gym for about 1 year. For gym, these are hands down, the best headphones I have ever used. I sweat heavily throughout my workouts; other headphones including Apple brand have not lasted longer than a couple months due to such issues as shorting out. This pair has a very basic but slick look. Sound-wise, I founded these to be a little base-heavy which I enjoyed as I listen to a lot of hip hop and trance. If you like to listen to music on blast, I also found the volume get as loud as I want it.

An update from my previous 5 star review. I loved these until they died suddenly with no explanation. First one ear, then a few minutes later then the other. Judging from the comments in the Q&A this is pretty much a regular occurrence. If you want a good pair of earphones for seven or eight months; don't mind headphones that fail at that point in time and paying $3 / month to use them, these are the the ticket.

These are set up as your basic headphones, so I'm not expecting them to last much more than 6 months or so before they start falling apart, but only time will tell that aspect.As for the sound? Phenomenal for this price range. Super clear and crisp, bass could definitely be a little more prominent, but isn't non existent. Best sound I've gotten out of headphones in this price range, and I've tried a lot, believe me. Hopefully they stand the test of time, wear and tear and if they do, I'll definitely pick up some more.

Product arrived on time and in mint condition. The earbuds themselves are pretty damn decent for $20.00. Have to say that they sound better than my last pair, the Sennheiser CX 300 II Precision Enhanced Bass Earbuds(and those were $50.00!). Still, the best "bang for your buck" earbuds that I've owned were the Klipsch Image S4's. I can't believe they got discontinued...These earbuds definitely surpass what I expected for $20.00. Money well spent.

These have now had it - one ear stopped working a couple of weeks ago - so they lasted about 6 months. They were really good - and to be fair I do use them loads - but I thought they might have at least lasted a year.

For Psy trance Goa or uplifting they produce Epic clean base ect. I dont think you can buy anything better for 11 pounds !!!

Best earphones you can buy for this price, they're as good as, if not better than my Sennheiser CX300ii and CX475.

Superb sound, base, …

The audio quality of the earphone is superb but the wire could have been tangle free and the earbuds is slipping out of my ears and no case is provided. Overall the sound quality compromises all the cons. Worth buying but the company should at lest add a case .

it felt really cheap and it didn't really fit in my ear. The rubber on the side was falling off only after a couple of wear. Poor quality.

Le son est plutôt pas mal, pas aussi bien que les soundMAGIC,écoutant beaucoup de basses, les aigus ça m'agresse les oreilles avec ces écouteurs. Et puis la matière du fil fait qu'il s'emmêle constamment, s'accroche partout.

Ce sont des écouteurs que j'achète depuis des années.c'est le produit d'équilibre par excellence, prix équilibré, performance équilibrée.De plus ces écouteurs comparés à d'autres intras restent en place dans l'oreille.
