Will this wire work for running a 24,000 btu 220 window a/c

Absolutely - but overkill. A normal 24000 btu window A/C needs a 15 Amp circuit, that said a 12/2 wire with a 20 Amp breaker is also sufficient. Usually those a/c comes with a NEMA 6 - 15 15 Amp plug - check your manual/type plate to decide.

I see nmb is not listed for we locations. My breaker box is outside. There’s a 3 conduit run schedule 80 before it goes interior. Is this ok?

Can you use this with a stove?

What kind of stove? A 120 volt-30 amp or less should work. Not for a 240 volt unit.
