I bought the product so that I can test it while preparing for Chicago marathon as this product is used for the marathon and I don't want to be surprised on race day. It has since remained as a companion as a keep myself hydrated in hot and humid Singapore on my long runs.

This works great! I used to use another brand that was more expensive and still had leg cramps. So far this is way better than the other brands and is way less expensive. It does not have a ton of sugar in it like the regular type does so that is a plus. No upset for the stomach and it taste pretty good for a hydration fluid. I use it everyday and so far have been really happy with this new Gatorade product. I am so happy they came out with this type that has way less sugar in it. I buy it all the time now! Great product, would highly recommend it!

It was my favorite powder for cycling, they have increased the price by 68% since July of 2024. My last purchase (I got injured and had back surgery) was in July of 2024, and it was $23.22 per can. Now it's $38.99. That's ridiculous and they have now placed themselves in direct price comparison with all other overpriced sugar powder. Those claiming 'tariffs' don't seem to see that other endurance powers did not see this same price increase, they just made this one cost way more. This is literally sugar with some added electrolytes and flavor.

I don't use this for workout purposes, but as someone who doesn't always have the most balanced lifestyle. I take several medications that make me dehydrated. I also have lost a lot of weight due to appetite loss. Sometimes I lack nutrients that keep me somewhat healthy. This really helps my body try to keep up with my constant thirst and make sure I have some kind of fuel to keep my body functioning. I always get the lemon lime flavor and I think it tastes fantastic. It's lighter than regular Gatorade, but it tastes better to me.
