Useful tool for functional trainer
Very solid and perfect for combining the weight stacks together on a functional trainer

If you have the proper handles for it this is an excellent piece of equipment. I use D handles and the Grip 90s. It’s an excellent tool to get rid of several other grips (medium, and close grip handles).

Great for a Row or Lat Pulldown
Works like a charm for cable machines, if you want to experiment with hand-width placement. You will find all new muscles to hit!!

It is very useful if you need an attachment for gym related things, etc
You could probably attach your entire home gym to this thing, lol. It’s long, lots of opportunities to attach stuff, it’s fairly heavy. Very solidly built, I trust it. I generally use it with my resistance bands for lat pull-downs. Some various other exercises. It will do the job. I do have a lot of experience in the gym, and gym equipment. I think it’s a great item.

Works with inspire FTX
This works exactly as stated and works pretty good with the inspire FTX. Easy to connect and long enough.

Quality exceeded expectations for the price
Honestly, I was expecting this to be a much lower build quality, but it's machined well and feels like something a known brand would charge $100 for. Also it comes with the carabiners, which is a nice bonus.

Solid, stable, versatile and well priced
The multi-grip bar is solid. I did not notice rough edges like previously mentioned by other reviewers. This things will never break and never fail. It is solid steel and weighs what it should weigh. The two rows of holes allow for many configurations. Connecting for example two cables for lats to a single-connect lat grip is easy and simple. The bar is also well balanced, which is important for equlibrium in the pull. Price is good.
