Wow, if you have back problems and maybe it's been caused by working too many hours at a desk for too many years, get yourself one of these back supports. This is the first back support I have tried that actually helps correct your posture with being uncomfortable. It works!

I am not a big guy. Fairly average sized. As usual I ordered a MEDIUM size and received it very quickly. However, when I tried to put it on, I couldn’t because it was so small that it was obvious that it was not made for an American adult. It was either for a child, or a very SMALL framed adult. I did like the quality and design so… I have ordered it again but as a LARGE size but we will see what comes. If it is still too small or even too large, then it is a manufacturers problem.

I've been dealing with upper back tension and a forward shoulder posture from years of desk work, so I had real hopes for this posture corrector. After about six weeks of regular use, my honest assessment is that it's a middle-of-the-road product — not bad enough to return, not good enough to wholeheartedly recommend. The fit is workable but not great. I ordered the X-Large based on the size chart and it fits, but the adjustability range feels a bit narrow. Getting the tension exactly right took a lot of trial and error, and even now I find myself readjusting throughout the day. The shoulder straps have a tendency to shift, especially when I'm moving around rather than sitting at a desk. Comfort is acceptable for short sessions. For 30 to 45 minutes at a time, it does its job without being unbearable. Push past an hour and the straps start to dig into the underarms in a way that gets genuinely distracting. I had hoped to wear it longer to build the habit, but discomfort always cuts my sessions short. It does provide a noticeable reminder to sit up straight. That part works. Every time I start to slouch, the brace creates enough resistance to cue me to correct my posture. Whether that translates into lasting improvement over time, I honestly can't say yet — six weeks in, I notice small improvements but nothing dramatic. The material is decent but gets warm quickly. Wearing it under a shirt on anything warmer than a cool day gets uncomfortable fast. Breathability is not this product's strong suit. For scoliosis specifically, I'd manage expectations. The listing mentions scoliosis support, but this is a general posture brace, not a medical-grade orthopedic device. If you're dealing with a diagnosed spinal condition, please consult a professional before relying on something like this. For mild posture awareness and light daily reminders to sit straighter, it gets the job done at a reasonable price. Just don't expect it to be a complete solution.

Fit was awful I have a 32 inch waist and an extra large was way too small. My granddaughter tried it on and I ordered her a smaller one medium.

It comes packaged very well. The materials seem to be good quality down to the stitching. I’m 6” tall & weight 165 I bought the medium size, it fits on me when I use the extension pad it comes with. I really need the large truly. That’s my mistake. As far as how it feels on… for me it’s not uncomfortable really because it’s not doing anything if it’s comfortable in my opinion. I wear it when I’m at my desk at work & it keeps me from slouching & getting back pain. It definitely improves your posture as well as keeping the back pain away from bad posture(desk fatigue). It’s not a back brace so it’s not going to help with lifting if that’s what you’re looking for this isn’t it. This works great to straighten out your spine via the two tension straps. The further you pull either side the more it tightens & tries to align your spine. It does rub under my arms this could be due to me not ordering the correct size. All & all it’s a good quality made product for correcting posture.

It dose like it says and the fabric is solid n not cheap but u should do like they tell u where it 30 min a couple of days to get use to it and later 45 min . If u feel comfortable enough after that where it all day and befor bed take it off . I personally use it when i do abs exercise 🦾🦾🦾
