I like the stackable pans very much for my 8qt pressure cooker. Loved that it came with an extra lid with holes to use when steaming vegetables as a side dish with your other main dish. Great way to cook to different dishes at the same time. Made of good quality steel. Very easy to clean too. Been using it to cook my Flan desserts. I get to cook two at the same time. Nice!

I love this little pot for cooking meats in sauces, but it is fantastic for making rice and vegetables or both at the same time in my Instant Pot. I got it to try making chicken breast doused in green chile sauce and it did not disappoint. I threw that in one of them, and put broccoli in the other and stacked them and locked them together and dropped this pot set onto my Instant Pot's grill grate and put in an inch of water for the steam and ran it. Nice to have both parts of the meal come out at the same time and be all tender and juicy and contained. Made for very easy clean-up, too. This set is nice stainless steel and is very easy to clean and fits in my 8 quart Instant Pot with plenty of room so should easily fit the 6 quart model as well. The set is very well built.

I bought the Ekovana pan for the 6 quart and then saw this new one for the 8 quart and thought I should get that instead.....They are both great quality, heavy duty stainless beautifully made pots. I can't decide if I should send the smaller one back now or keep both. They are really nice. I had previously ordered two other brands and was not satisfied with their quality and decided to go with the Ekovana brand and it is like the Cadillac of pots. Very well made. I am keeping them both!

I bought this 8 qrt separator to fit in my 6qrt Instant Pot so that I can cook meal such as Dal/Rice or whatever for a family of 2 Adults and 3 10+ years old boys in one attempt. This 8 qrt separator perfectly fit in my 6 qrt InstaPot. I am so happy that it worked else my 6 qrt InstaPot was of a less use with 6 qrt of separator, in fact of no use. I was looking for pans which would hold a good amount of food, was versatile and non-reactive. These proved to be the right pans. They stack well, hold a generous volume of food (baked, pressure cooked, etc.) and clean easily. I prefer to hand wash, but I think these pans are dishwasher safe. Great value and very easy to use. The handle can get a little hot right after cooking, so I use a towel/mitt to take the pans out of the Instant Pot. If you like to use your pressure cooker or Instant Pot, you will like these pans as they allow you to cook more than one food at a time.

This is essential for your instant pot. We use it regularly. Makes it easy to cook more than one item at a time. And it easy to clean. We use it for oatmeal and grits and keep IP from burning on the bottom

We have already used the stackable pressure pans for cooking several things: mac&cheese, scalloped potatoes and ham, rice and others. Pans are high quality, fit Ultra 8 perfectly, clean easily and arrived quickly and in great condition. These pans will get a lot of use, I'm sure, and I would recommend them to everyone.

The Evokana stackable pans maximize the "pot-in-pot" cooking capability of the Instant Pot. You can cook two items at the same time and because its made for an 8-quart pot, it fills the interior space of the Instant Pot. The tall metal sling which comes with the pans is excellent and makes removal of the pans easy.
