if you haven’t tried to add protein to your breakfast by avoiding fatty foods and you’re not into brain freeze in the morning am not allergic to peanut butter, this is a great cereal, even for those of us who are all allergic to things like pumpkin seeds. Protein cereal has become more popular and you can get fiber too. But can you get protein, fiber, and great tasting cereal all in the same box? Yep and Kashi has been doing it for years. I do have these with high protein Kelloggs flakes when I can get my hands on them. Throw a couple tablespoons of cinnamon all over it add a drizzle of honey, liquid of your choice - delicious and satisfying! How often can you say that about cereal? I have to make myself not skip lunch.

EDIT: Two out of two orders of my last orders had a FLATTENED box. They often mail them in ENVELOPES which doesn't work for cereal boxes. _________________________ PROS: GREAT PEANUT BUTTER TASTE! It reminds me of crumbled up peanut butter cookies and has a buttery taste. SMELLS like old-fashioned peanut butter BIG PLUS and why I started eating it - HIGH in potassium (my lab work showed I was low in potassium and this is a delicious way to add more!) NUTRITIONALLY better than a lot of cold cereals out there. I RARELY have anything but oatmeal. These Kashi Crunch cereals are like a treat and they TASTE like a treat, especially this one! FILLING AND SATISFYING. CONS: LOTS OF FIBER, I take two digestive enzymes before eating a bowl of this. HARD even if you let in soak in milk a bit. But it doesn't go soggy!

Very good tasting cold cereal with nice peanut flavor. I no not eat much sugar so it was a little sweet for me So I mixed it with some other unsweetened flakes. Then it was less sweet.

Not disappointed except for box size keeps shrinking

Great price for a high end product. We are trying to be healthier and this checks a few boxes. No artificial ingredients, high in protein and delicious. A great choice for when we are too busy to cook a breakfast

I love peanut butter, and I'll use it on and in all kinds of recipes. The one thing I hadn't found up 'til now was a peanut butter cereal that I liked. The peanut butter flavor was either too timid (Puffins) or too artificial (Reeses, which is ironic since I could live on their peanut butter cups). This one strikes the perfect balance. It tastes right, has the perfect ratio of crunch to peanutty flavor, and -- like other Kashi cereals I've had -- it's really filling. PS: If you're a peanut butter and chocolate fan, mix this with the Kashi GO chocolate version. It's crazy good. Or if you want to get really decadent, leave the milk in the fridge and stir some of this into chocolate pudding. You'll thank me later.

I've always been a fan of kashi cereals. Good healthy ingredients and great flavors. But I don't think I'll get this one again. It tastes pretty good but the sugar content is too high for my liking. It has a good amount of protein which is something I look for in my cereal. I also love that it is vegan. We've recently switched to a mostly vegan diet so this is a nice quick meal or snack to have on hand. The flavor is very peanutbuttery and its really crunch and stays that way even when I add almond milk. If they were to replace the sugar with a monk fruit or a stevia product I'd love it even more. But overall its ok .. just not for me. I'll try something different next time.
