Great album. Sound quality good, although a bit "loud". Shortish tracks but lots of them. Get it. You-ll be head banging in no time :)

You can keep your Steve Vai & Joe Satriani, Zakk is the MAN!Heavy Rock guitar the way it should be played. I would've given it 5 stars but there are about 2 too many ballads on this. All in all though a great record. Buy it!

Für mich eines der Alben von BLS, mit dem größten Songspektrum.Härtere Songs und Balladen wechseln sich häufig ab und langweilen nie. Zum Gitarrenspiel von Z.W. braucht man ja nun gar nichts mehr sagen.Für mich Anspieltipps:Black Massiv ReverendsHell is HighBlood is thicker than water

To all of the people who reviewed this album with less than 5 stars, feel free to develop about 1% of the musical ability of Zakk Wylde, then you can rip on this album all you want. Zakk is hands down the most talented musician on the planet today, in any genre of music, and Shot To Hell just continues to prove that. Zakk was always great with Ozzy, but has truly blossomed since going solo-from Pride & Glory to BLS. True, Shot To Hell is more reminiscent of Pride & Glory and Book Of Shadows, but those are also two of Zakk's best albums. I think that it is great that Zakk is taking BLS into territory that is relatively uncharted for BLS (although familiar to him). Hopefully Shot To Hell will inspire the Society Dwellers to pick up his earlier solo work if they haven't already, and for those of us who have been listening to him rip it up since the late 1980's it is just confirmation of how truly great Zakk is.
