Extraordinary purchase, they make my work easier at barbecue time.

These work great, they’re heavy and seem like good quality.

These are real cast iron so they are pretty heavy. This should translate into heavy duty and last for years but I am a little worried about the wooden handle as it is already a little jiggly.The hamburger press is not really suited to smash burgers as the grooves are rather deap. Make sure you clean them immediately and re-season every time or they will be impossible to take care of.

These things are wonderful for cooking burgers, steaks and bacon. You have to use caution your fingers don't touch the hot case iron where the wood handle attaches. They saves a lot of cleanup by capturing grease splatters, especially with bacon. The bacon cooks evenly and lays flat.

My husband loves smash burgers and these elevated his game! He also loves using these to cook bacon 🥓.

Great addition for the smash burgers, and other meats on the Blackstone.
