This seat is so clever and no movement on the toilet seat any more. Excellent idea but the brass rings are discolouring very quickly which isn't a good sign

Poor quality

Good finish overall, but a little cheaper in feel and function than expected. The wood color was lighter then on the pic. Brass hinges was too new looking and shiny for me, should have picked chrome hinges instead. The seat fitted perfectly and was very easy to install.

This turned up an hour ago and I've fitted it already. A bit fiddly but nothing a competent diy chap can't do. Annoyingly, the tube of glue provided was rock hard - so gawd knows how long this has been sat around. Luckily had my own glue.

We are very disappointed with this product. The ‘brass’ has already tarnished and the seat and lid have become loose because the screws will not tighten.

Does the job. I did not use the glue etc to lock it down. I had to loosen the screws into the wood to align the seat and cover. It hasn't moved since.
