Works on LED lights
Works fine on LED lights. We had an older dimmer that was prematurely burning out our LED spots in cans. I told the boss that the dimmer probably was the cause, so we changed it to this dimmer instead. The dimming action is much smoother with the Leviton. The old one used to jump around and get bright and and there was little control over dimming. This dimmer returns fine dimming control and I think it's much easier on the LED lights since it's purposefully designed for CFL and LED lights. I like that this came with three different trim knobs for different colors of ivory, since it's always difficult to match the wall plate color based on a photo. I was able to match the wall plate color perfectly. One criticism, though, the knob sticks out from the wall plate a little more pronounced than the old dimmer did. I think this is caused by the fact this is a "punch on-off" design rather than a "turn clockwise to turn on" design. The unit can handle SPST, 3 Way and 4 way wiring, too, so it's versatile.

Perfect For LED Lighting
Good Dimmer Switch. I have purchased 2 of these and both work well, even with LED lighting. I personally like the rotary style and am glad they are still available. They include different color knobs to suit your needs as well.

Unable to find this style anywhere
We have multiple dimmer switches on one panel and one of them was not working well...it was 30 years old. I did not want to replace all three as the other two still work great. However, I was unable to find this style in any of the local home improvement stores. I turned to Amazon and there it was! It came with multiple knobs to match the color of the existing ones, and the replacement is almost perfect. This controls multiple recessed LED lights and does so perfectly. No flickering at all!

Running 9 “LiteHistory Dimmable E26 led Bulb 6W” lamps. No flicker, takes them down to the lowest possible bit of light. Just an awesome product. Will buy again.

It's a light switch and it's dimmable. I've had a few, and they seem to wear out after a few years.
