The main reason for my purchase was the promising review for cervical stenosis and neck pain relief. But my experience was really disappointing. I woke up in the morning with same neck sore and pain. No help at all. I am returning this back

Don't normally write reviews but this pillow really helped my sleep and shoulder pain. I am a side sleeper who had shoulder inflammation and pain from sports. When I would sleep on my side with normal pillows it would hurt so bad it would wake me up about 6 or more times per night which was affecting daily functioning. When I was reading on how to help this problem I tried everything from the wedge pillow solutions to help relieve pressure on my shoulder but nothing helped. Tried sleeping on my back but would always turn to my side. I came across this pillow as a potential solution. When I first tried it, it was terrible, I thought it was uncomfortable and didn't help that I had wasted my money. However, as much as I paid for it I tried to stick with it and I don't know if it was two weeks or a month but I got used to the shape and then gradually I noticed my shoulder starting to feel better. I am now 4 months into this pillow and can't sleep without it. My shoulder feels the best it has in 10 years, doesn't hurt at night, doesn't wake me up at night and my sleep is better because the pain doesn't wake me up anymore. I still sleep on my side but this pillow was worth the money as painful as it was to spend this much on a pillow.

I’ve been using this pillow for a week and am very satisfied. I’m a back and side sleeper and have had to make no adjustments to the foam content. I feel good neck support and no pain in the morning. Very satisfied.

At first, I thought the crescent shape was kind of a gimmick, but after using it, I can now attest that it does make a difference in my sleep quality. I’m a back sleeper and an occasional side sleeper, and the fact that my shoulders stay where they’re supposed to flat on the bed while my head is very slightly elevated with no strain on the neck is new to me. It’s lovely. I bought a second one to match. The king size is like any other king size, so don’t worry about your pillowcase is not fitting. It comes with extra stuffing as well in case you want it to be more plush than it already is, but I think it’s perfect out of the box.
