Great protection!!!
This helmet his absolutely amazing has taken many impacts as I have fell of but still in shape and very comfortable.only complaint is the the sticky Velcro pads to keep pads can fall of the helmet causing pda to fall out but extras are included so not really a problem Would recommend this helmet
