The media could not be loaded. I was very reluctant at first to order this as a Christmas gift for my boss. I really wanted to order it so I took the chance and placed the order. When I say their customer service rocks I mean it, they contacted me every step of the way while they were making the bobble head. We went back and forth many times where I gave them feedback on the eye color or hair color and other things and they never had problems making the changes. They are very quick in providing the changes and will work with you until you are satisfied. Highly recommend their store and their product. As you can see from my video the product is very good quality. I will use them again if I need to order another bobble head.

Arrived in 2 weeks and is better than expected. The likeness is amazing.
