Great product. I used to have a feather duster and it sucked. It would shed several feathers every few seconds I used it. This product is great because it doesn’t shed, it captures dust, and has great reach. I haven’t washed it yet so hopefully the washing process won’t disappoint. But so far, very happy with this purchase.

Came without instructions about how to tighten the extension rod. The little diagram on the rod is in Japanese, so you have to play with it to figure out which way to turn it to tighten/loosen rod. The extension device loosens up when using it. It's cheaply made, but it doesn't cost much to begin with. So if you're willing to put up with having to retighten the rod, it's probably okay because it's much cheaper than the expensive lamb's wool dusters. To its credit, the duster head does pick up a lot of dust that accumulates on high moldings and difficult to reach places. I would have liked washing instructions, though.

I'd have given this a 5 if the handle had been longer but I could have read more closely so, I'll give it a 5. This thing picks up everything and washes well.

Duster does not stay on the handle. Duster itself works but very difficult to use. Cannot exert any pressure with handle; duster keeps falling off of handle when you try to use.

It's light, dusts well, and is fairly easy to clean or replace if need be. Not much more you could ask for.

The items doesn't lengthen that much, although that may be on me for not realizing it. The 360 action means it turns and flops around when using, which mostly isn't good when trying to reach up to dust a surface.. I don't know if its washable but it fell apart after using it about 6 times, didn't feel it was worth what I paid for.

Good product, but wish the handle extended longer.
