This is the worst product iv ever brought. US plug Does not cook the eggs anywhere near where the indicators suggest. The egg leaks from the pricked holes and then burns on the heating element. Absolutely waste of time and money

It was incorrectly described with us believing it was for the UK market. The unit was 120 volt ac with 2 pin European/ USA plug attachment. About much use as a chocolate teapot
