The shirts are soft cotton. Very comfortable. I got my husband the 2X, since he's 6'3", and roughly 250lbs. Fits him just perfectly. Hope this helps

It says "printed" in the usa. so is the shirt itself made in another country?

I really have no idea, BUT I do know the shirt is well made and my husband really like it. It looks good on.
