How long do they stay cold for?

I work a 12.5 hour shift! I leave home at 06:00 and get back home at 20:15! A can is still cold in my cool bag! I have a decent sized bag for my cans and use four of the blocks. The bag stays cold. The blocks freeze easily and are always ready for the next shift. When off duty I use them in my frozen food bag. Really recommend these blocks. They also bounce well and haven’t split yet! I’ve had then for quite some time.

Can these ice packs be put in the freezer every night to be taken out the following morning?

Yes, I always make sure I have one in the freezer and one in use, they are fantastic

Would you be able to take one of these on a plane, please? And, if so, in cabin baggage or hold baggage?

Yes that wouldn't be a problem, they contain 'SAP' which is a chemical very similar to that found in a baby nappy. Always check with the airline in advance however, as they may not be happy with an unknown chemical.

Hi, how many ml is in each one? It’s to take hand luggage on a plane. 100ml is the cap for all airlines.

It doesn’t have a measurement on the ice pack so I don’t think you would be able to take them in hand luggage.
