Very good quality product. Very much needed for high pressure , pressure washers. Reduces fatigue especially when using extension type wands. Only thing I would like improved is either having the ability to move from right side to the left or something in between. But is easy enough to get used to. Highly recommend.

It does work! I used my 2500 psi power washer with a white nozzle and it was plenty of power to unclog the gutters of my two story house. If you have read the reviews you will know that this product isn't easy to use. The quality is very good but once its fully extended the pole will arc and it becomes difficult to maneuver. IMO if you are the typical homeowner is two get another person to help you position and hold the sprayer. Once you get it in position pull the trigger a couple time quickly and make sure you have nozzle in position because the force of the water will kick it out!! BE PREPARED! GO SLOW! once you get the hang of it its not bad. You could probably us this tool solo but again it will be awkward. Bottomline, the quality is very good and it does work as described BUT it is awkward. IMO its worth it: paying someone $200-$300 every time you need to clean your gutter?? NO THANKS

This could've been a five star perfect product, BUT there is a MAJOR design flaw! The plastic buckle (needs to be replaced with metal pass through safety buckle---see images) between belt and heavy water pressure extension pole does not stay connected under the weight of pole, water, down forces, and movements causing it to disconnect immediately after in use. In the first 2 minutes of use the plastic buckle released and dropped tip of washer into a house window and almost cracked it. I tried it two more times, but it kept coming disconnected once in use. As an in- field fixed, I connected the plastic buckle then ran two long wire twists between the two belts to keep buckle together to finish the job, but it was very inconvenient to take belt completely off and on when in-between use of extension pole and short sprayer. MAJOR SUGGESTION TO MANUFACTURE TO MAKE PRODUCT PERFECT - Just change the design from a cheap plastic buckle to a metal pass through safety buckle (see images), add a few dollars to cost if you have to, then this product would be excellent. The only other two-strap belts (which is a must) I see on Amazon is your competitor LOVHO and they are using same plastic buckle. So, please make this improvement and you'll have a perfect product for what it is intended to do, it'll go from being hazardous to use (like damaged siding or windows) to adding to overall safety when using. Received this on Monday and put it to use yesterday. I used a telescoping wand to pressure wash to a height of about 30 ft. It was difficult having to work around tree limbs, uneven ground, etc. I used this same wand without a support harness a few days ago in a similar, but easier, situation and it beat me up. This harness made all the difference in the world, once I got used to using it. For awhile I had to keep reminding myself to let the harness do its job and support the weight. I`m 66 and have an arthritic shoulder which doesn`t help things but was able to get the job done with much less effort. Very happy!!

Although this product does the job very well, it is extremely heavy even with the strap brace that is made for it. I found that I had to stop every few minutes to take a break. I bench press 200 lbs three days a week RELIGIOUSLY and am in Exceptional shape. That tells you how heavy this product is!

I used this for 5 min. I had it extended about 12 feet. Cleaned the gutters on the house, went to let go of the gun to release pressure and the gun would not release. Pressure constantly shot out and I couldn’t get it to stop. Had to shut off my machine. Said it was compatible w/ 4000 psi but I don’t think so.

The connections are easy to use, product is simple to use. Have just tested it out briefly but everything goes together as it should. Wand extended is a little awkward and can see where would be tiring in short order. The belt gives you needed support for very reasonable price.
