I was inspired to get this stepper since my home gym is under construction and is only open during the day while I’m at work! It’s compact and it comes with a mat! I love that aspect and it slides right under my bed out of the way! It’s very easy to use and is providing me with getting my cardio in all in the comfort of my own home! Of course I’ve noticed small changes with my body and it’s only been 1 month! I like the fact it comes with bands which adds to your exercise. This is perfect for a quick workout session at home or even on your lunch break at work!

First time using I’m not too thrilled with it yet. The resistance bands are an absolute joke and gimmick idk why they are in the box. They are very very weak and provide zero resistance. I tried doing the ab exercises but I couldn’t stay on the pad it needs to be redesigned bring more of the pad to the front and not the back. It claims it can help you with push ups but I found the to be the exact opposite I found myself being able to far less than I’m normally capable of doing. I’m sure that there is some benefit to this for some people but I’m not seeing it especially in his current configuration

Great product!!

Had it for about 4 minutes. The internal system on the left side broke as other comments say. I waited almost two weeks for it the first time and now have to wait another for the replacement. Will update if the next one is better quality. Will return and not get again if it breaks internally again, this is too much money for not good quality.

Like this machine really gives you a workout in the midsection also in the arms glad I bought it

This is a great item! I’m 59 with both hips replaced and this has been a great help to do my AB crunches. Works like a charm and I’m happy with the results

I enjoy this type of machine as I purchased the Ab Coaster version before this one, in 2023, so purchasing this one in Feb. 2024 I expected it to last much longer. However this machine broke internally on the left bar as my client was performing pushups. My client weighs 125 lbs. so I was very confused as to how this could happen. Tried disassembling to repair to no success. I feel like the fault does not lie with my client nor myself but within the integrity of this machine’s internal system. Again my Ab Coaster version still works perfectly and I’ve had men and women above 125 lbs. use it multiple times as clients. Just saying.
