I love the new design. I had to replace my old one because the hand ringer snapped. But it lasted almost 10 years. I hope this one lasts as long. With the extra mop head, a good value.

The only reason I'm giving it five stars is because it's the best mop out there, but the issue that I have with it is it only lasts a week if that. Problem is getting the water out of the mop can be a challenge when it spins due to The red button end not being manufactured tight enough or a thicker fabric.

I don’t write a lot of product reviews—but then again, I don’t usually come across things like this freaking mop. I’ve never sworn at an inanimate object so much in my life. Obscenities were flying the entire time I tried to use it. The modular handle unscrews itself every single time you wring it out—if you can even manage to retract the mop into the tiny “sweet spot” where it’s possible to wring it out at all. And when it’s not falling apart, the mop head gets hopelessly tangled around the handle, forcing you to stop and start all over again. I finally locked it into the closed position, and that’s how it’s going to stay until the end of time—because I absolutely refuse to wrestle with unlocking it again. When I think of all the steps that go into releasing a product—design, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, quality control—you’d figure someone would have noticed that this mop is a flawed, flaming pile of crap. Apparently not. I considered sending it back, but honestly, I’m more tempted to take it out back and set it on fire as revenge for the massive frustration it’s caused me. This mop is a total failure in every possible way. Save yourself the headache—and the swearing—and stay far away from it.

Best mop ever! Picks up twice or more liquid than conventional cotton mop. Clean Easy, machine washable. Easy Twist feature to wring. No mildew smell. I will never go back. Thanks O- Cedar.

easy to use and cleans well. only weird thing was that the extra mop head was not tightened and there weren't any notes about it. there was a zip-tie to tighten it hidden somewhere in there so i was able to figure it out.

This mop absorbs a lot of liquid - You can tell when you wring it out. I love that I can wring it without having to actually touch the mop. Floors look and feel extra clean, more than they have with other mops, especially with the scrubber at the tip of the mop head. That scrubber has helped remove a lot of stuck-on residue. The wringer mechanism is very effective and wrings out the mop very thoroughly. The mop is very easy to use and easy to switch out the mop heads.

I love this mop because it’s larger than most and the mop heads last longer than many others I’ve tried. I have 5 shepherds and I mop the whole house every day so I need a good mop and this one is always my got to. BUT the twisting mechanism to dry it out always gives out on me. 😔 Usually I can get about 6 months out of it but this time it lasted just over a month. I really wish they would fix that dangit.

Waar zal ik beginnen. Het is frustrerend dat het onmogelijk lijkt om een twist-mop van goede kwaliteit te kopen. Ik ben het gewend om met een twist-mop te werken, maar sinds ik op zoek ben naar een nieuwe, kom ik alleen maar plastic wegwerp tegen. Daarom deze geprobeerd. De mop kan er immers af en worden vervangen. Joepie! Over deze mop; De steel is voor mij te kort, ik ben 1.75 m. De mop zelf is goed, neemt veel vocht op en pakt tijdens het dweilen het vuil goed mee. Het draaimechanisme is te slap, als de mop veel water heeft geabsorbeerd, weigert het systeem te wringen. Dat moet dan handmatig, door de mop aan het uiteinde vast te pakken en te draaien. Wat ik van deze mop vind? Het is een goede poging voor kleine mensen die met heel weinig water dweilen. Ik gebruik de dweilmop wel, en omdat ik er meteen 2 heb gekocht, kan ik even vooruit. Als iemand weet waar ik een echte goede twist-mop kan kopen, dan houd ik me aanbevolen. Tipje, na gebruik de mop wegzetten in een emmer met schoon water.
