Great Battery Tester!
This is one great battery tester for small batteries. I use it to test my many UPS batteries. This tester looks like it is made very well. It uses a 4 wire Kelvin testing setup for more accuracy. If you need to test lower amp batteries this is the tester you want to get!

No longer confused ;)
Just recieved this. When it is connected, the no load voltage is reading 26.83v and my fluke meter indicates 12.44v. This is a 12v 5ah lead acid battery. Updating my review. So I found that there is an isolated contact within the clamp that must make contact with the pattern terminals and if they do not, the high voltage reading is an indication that the connection is not good. Now that I have figured that out I absolutely love this thing. Very quick assessment of my UPS batteries

Cheap price, cheap made.
This works, but it is not as accurate or well built as I'd like. The clips are very cheap, and we connection errors because of the. Sometimes it will also give different readings on the same battery, Good for confirming a suspect battery is definitely dead though.
