Folds easily by the touch of a button.
Brought this for my mother who was reluctant to have at first, now she loves it. Folds easily though is a little too heavy to lift into car for me never mind the user! if your a woman of a certain age, younger fitter people may find it easier. I have to ask my grown up son to help he manages fine.

Do not buy this scooter totally unsafe
I gave it one star because there was not an option to give a minus one the battery life is shocking there is no way on earth it gives you a 10/20 mile range you’re lucky to get a couple of hours use from it the customer service is beyond a joke they said the return window was closed when I asked for my money back I had to threaten them with court action for them to do a repair which didn’t last then on holiday this year the whole seat broke and catapulted me across a busy road left me with cuts and bruises when I informed green power the only email they sent was to say they could charge me for a repair but under the circumstances they’d waive the cost not once did they ask after my welfare they are a disgraceful company and I would never recommend them for anything thank god for amazon and their customer service they sorted the refund for me and took up the fight themselves with green power DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT however amazon were absolutely outstanding and cannot thank them enough for their concern and support

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Scooter – A Game Changer for My Wife’s Mobility!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Scooter – A Game Changer for My Wife’s Mobility! I bought the Falcon Auto Folding Mobility Scooter for my wife, and we couldn’t be happier with the purchase. It has truly made a positive difference in her day-to-day life. The automatic folding feature using the remote control is incredibly convenient—it folds and unfolds in seconds, which makes it so easy to take with us in the car or store when not in use. The scooter is well-built and feels very stable. It’s perfect for navigating through shopping centres and supermarkets, just as advertised. The removable lithium battery is a big plus—we can easily charge it indoors without having to move the whole scooter. The design is sleek, the performance is reliable, and the portability is unmatched. It’s given my wife more freedom and comfort, and that peace of mind is priceless. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a practical and stylish mobility solution.

It is heavier than it looks
It's a great scooter, is easy to use, and the automatic folding function makes it easy to put away. Has a great speed control and the battery really lasts. The only negative is the weight, although compact when folded it is heavy and awkward to pick up and put in car. However this is a small price to pay for the comfort and low cost of purchase.

Nice scooter
Nice scooter easy to fold and unfold 1st scooter drove well. It should NOT be advertised as lightweight !! It weighs 33kgs . Two people struggled to lift into the car !! Purchased a ramp which was unsuitable so I have not changed my car with a hoist fitted

Easy to use and very comfortable, Falcon has it covered.
First off, the price. £700 (+ or -), compared to £1500/£2000 +. Initially I thought it was a typo, but reading round, it seemed legit. I am by nature a born cynic so anything that seems too good to be true ... must be! So, Day 1: big box, weighed an absolute ton, wheeled her out, no manual, oops! No way of guessing how to unfold the machine, great advice from Green Power, E-Mails back and forth, then success! Secret button plus Freemason's handshake later ... She moves, and I can sit on her while she's moving ... Excellent! Day 2: first trial outdoors, I live in a very hilly part of town, my old mobility scooter (Izzy), didn't like the run uphill to the post box but new scooter (Izzy-too), showed no such problem. She fair 'scooted' up to the box, birthday cards done. I've had to get used to a wider turning circle than my previous scooter but I've not knocked anything over in the supermarket ... Yet! I've amended the design by adding a square of carpet over the battery, I'm concerned about the risks of getting caught out in a shower and water getting to the battery terminals, small point but worrisome nonetheless. Overall I'm well chuffed with the scooter, one minor criticism, slightly softer wheels/tyres please, I know the price would go up but proper pneumatic tyres would be wonderful.

A possible death trap
I know the picture looks odd, the clingfilm was to make sure it would keep working in the rain/be rechargeable afterwards (the removable battery had proven to be a bit of an issue in the rain without a clingfilm cover), but the key issue I have had with this scooter is that only having purchased it in August, the metal holding the seat onto the rest of the frame has fully sheared off which sent me flying off the scooter backwards in a rather alarming fall. I use crutches as well and one of these is now bent out of shape due to myself and the scooter landing on it. I am lucky that, although I'm disabled, I'm still quite young and spry. If I had been older and frailer I could very easily believe this could have killed me due to the fall onto the hard pavement. I think it still merits the single star because, beyond the scooter trying to kill me, it folds and unfolds conveniently and goes at a decent pace, however the light system to show battery reserves is utterly nonsensical.
