How thick in millimetres are the tortillas coming out, and how thick should they normally be?. Thank you

If the dough ball is the size of a golf ball, then approx thickness is about 2mm. Hope this helps.

Can this be used to make roti/ chapati/ Indian flat bread

They might turn out a little thick, but yes, I make wraps, press them four times, with each press rotating the wrap so I get an even flatter result. Hope this helps.

Can you put it on the cooker and cook it while on the press

No. This item is only to actually make the tortilla, not to cook it.

can you get the book as a paper copy rather than as an e-book?

Not sure but you could always print the ebook out
