I think that is difficult to answer. Who knows how I would feel if I were not taking good supplements? And the damage it helps alleviate can be slow and cumulative, so it keeps one healthy, so probably prevents serious health issues, which would make one feel very bad, down the road. I don't know that any vitamin or supplement, with the possible exception of B-12, is going to immediately change the way one feels. The people drinking polluted water full of harmful chemicals didn't feel bad for quite some time, until the damage had been done and they were left with cancers, brain damage, etc. This is probably not a clear yes/no answer you wanted, but is the best I can do. Invest in good health today so you will feel good and be strong and healthy in the future; that's my thought.

J.R. Carlson Laboratories, Inc. in regards to the soy bean oil in this supplement.

"Carlson’s Vitamin E is derived from highly refined soy bean oil. The soy bean oil is likely derived from U.S. GM crops. However, the refining process removes the soy proteins, phytoestrogens, and genetic material. The end product is GMO-free as the genetic material is removed.
