Very Impressed, and surprised!
This pullup bar was very cheap to buy, and this is the main reason why my expectations of it falling apart were very high.It comes complete with everything you need to attach it to a wall, including 8 bolts and heavy duty metal wall plugs. I bolted mine to the block work inside the garage (breeze block stylee), and it works amazing well. The bolts don't need to be rock hard tight, because the wall plugs deform inside the blockwork to create sufficient tension to make it very strong. So don't over tighten them.Despite the fact that I didn't manage half the amount of pull-ups I wanted to do, it was easily strong enough to support my 13st. It can hold up to 400lb, which is double my weight - and I believe it can. It's foldable and comes with a thumb twist knob to detach the bolts that allow it to fold down. There are a couple of loops which you can attach a punch bag, speed bag or rubber bands too. I bought a set of the corded bands and they work very well.If you do decide to get one, and I do recommend it, mark out the hole locations on the wall first. It's easier to get a piece of A4 paper, and use it as a template. Put the template on the wall rather than trying to hold up the bars. They're not super heavy, just an awkward shape. So, why not make your life easy right?Once you've measured, marked and drilled all of the holes, attach each metal wall plug to it's bolt through the wall bracket, so get them finger tight and protruding out the back of the metal plate, and then push the bracket onto the wall and into each hole, it's a bit like trying to align 4 corks into the top of a wine bottle all at once 😉 it sounds difficult but trust me, it's way easier to do it this way because the bracket will support itself through friction whilst you tighten up the nuts with the included spanners. All in all, its a great piece of kit, and at an amazing price. I don't know how they manage to sell it so cheap! Buy one before they realise and the price goes up !!

Very nice to use
At first, I had problems installing, however the trick to installing into a plaster wall is to drill holes (not too big) and hammer the metal studs into the wall. This allows for the metal studs to be stuck in the wall and won’t fall out. At first I made the mistake of drilling the holes too big expecting the metal studs to expand inside. The quality of the pull up bar is extraordinary, I have used this for almost 3 months and it still looks new.Very versatile as there are different hand grips which can target the lats in different areas. All in all very good pull up bar and cheap.

Very sturdy but not easy to install
Even after months of purchase, I still have not been able to put up the bar. If I call the handyman, they charge fortune. The product is great and heavy, you just need the right tool to install. I am very surprised with the price though, because the quality is simply great.

Easy to assemble
It was easy enough to put together. Once I had done that I used some of the cardboard from the box to draw around the mounts for the wall including the holes for a template. I poked the holes through the cardboard, positioned on the wall, checked the level and then used a marker pen to dot out where to drill.I used a 10mm drill bit but the metallic plug wouldn’t fit even with a tap! So I went up to a 12mm drill bit and made sure I kept it straight. I tapped in the metallic plug and screw in. Advise not going to deep into the wall or the screw part can push back too far to get the nut on at the end. I made sure I installed all 8 screws and then pushed the mounts into place! It was a little tricky solo but I got there in the end.Admittedly one of them seemed solid in the wall but once I put the pull up bar on it was edgign forward a bit and I was skeptical it was going to hold the weight of it and me! But as I started to tighten it got more secure and I believe the metallic plug did somewhat expand a bit internally. Because once I’d tightened everything there was no budge or sliding and I hung from it with no drama! I’m currently 86kg and can pull up on it with ease. The foam grips allow a little comfort when using. My only gripe (a personal one) is that I mounted it a tad higher than planned 🤣 so I need a step to jump up to it.But otherwise great value for money! Hands down! Go get it!!

Superb for the money
Nice well made, substantial wall mounted pull up bar. Clear assembly instructions, even the wall fixings are provided. Crazy how this can be sold and delivered for £9.99 really. Should be a lot more expensive.

Quite a good qualiity and value
This wall-mounted pull-up bar is impressively well-made and sturdy. The assembly instructions are clear, making setup straightforward. It's astonishing that such a high-quality product is available at such an affordable price—it could easily be sold for much more. However, there's one important caveat: the included wall fittings are subpar. The wall studs don't expand properly, requiring hammering to install. Once hammered, there's nothing to secure the screws in the stud, making it difficult to attach the nuts. I recommend using your own wall fittings for a more secure installation.
