Will the water inside mold over time ?

It shouldn't, but you can use distilled water, which is less likely to mold. I have kept water in a different style bottle for months without it molding. Keeping it closed helps, too.

can I use this for beach water at the beach?

I've never been to a beach but I assume that water is salty and could clog it up...and it's not sterile...so make sure you rinse it very well afterwards.
