There were purchased to replace the original one that came with my CPAP mask. I assumed that because these were designed to work with the same head gear and were the same style as the nasal mask I was replacing, that there would be no issues and I was right. As for the design, these are slightly wider, than the nasal mask they replaced, and I have found that I like these more than the originals. My wife has the same CPAP and headgear that I have, and when she went to replace hers a couple of months ago and didn't have a ready replacement, I gave the other one from the pair I purchased. She balked at first, but has decided she likes it better than the original as well. If you're having any issues with mask leakage, you may want to give these a try. They don't completely eliminate leakage, but for me and my wife, it reduced it to less than what it was with the original mask.

After years of using Resmed pillows their price almost doubled, so I ordered these. Big mistake. They are much less flexible which makes them very difficult to seal without leaking. After two nights of struggling I found and old Resmed pillow and went back to it. Do a side by side comparison of each and the difference in flexibility and seal ability is amazing.

I typically wear a large Wisp nasal mask while snoozing, so I was a little wary when, after measuring my nose, I found that was in Medihealer's medium category. But rather than second-guess them, I went with their recommendation. Their cushion fit very well. I've been wearing it for a few weeks and it still feels good.The OEM Wisp has some inner folds in the mask that are difficult to clean. Medihealer's doesn't have these, so they're easier to clean and sanitize. The only other info worth mentioning is that the Medihealer is *slightly* shorter than the Wisp in the bridge-of-nose to nostrils dimension, and it's a little shallower than the Wisp in the tip-of-nose to base of nose dimension. It fits my average-sized Irish-esque nose just fine, though. Anyhow, I recommend this product.

I’ve used this cushion for a few weeks and finally went back to my old one. It leaks a lot, isn’t as well made as the respironics ones. My measurement was for a medium so it was the correct size. Won’t order again.

they didn't have my size ex small so these are a little to big and keep slipping off my face

Super loud and not comfortable...would not recommend.
