Lovely soft fabric, firm support but far too big for a small adult. The sides came 2/3 over my ears and the chin strap did not reach my face and was about level with my nose. Felt very hot and claustrophobic as it covered and squashed most of my cheeks. Returned for refund. I’m 5’4” with 55cm head.

I don’t like this pillow at all the extra shape bit on top is so uncomfortable probably ok for someone with a long neck if I don’t put the strap on it rides up and covers my ears and if I do put it on it squashes my cheeks would not recommend.

I bought this and paid a premium due to the great reviews. I was quite disappointed because it doesn’t live up to the hype. The back of the cushion by the neck has the least amount of support where you need it most. It appears to be thinnest there whereas very thick around the front of the neck/face. On a positive, if you lean to the side to sleep it does provide support. Could do with a sturdier neck support at the back. Not work the money im afraid. There are others that are cheaper with better support for the neck. Felt more supported in the face and cheeks than I did my spine

Ich habe viele Kissen getestet. Dieses ist eindeutig das stabilste mit dem besten Halt. Ich ist zwar etwas steifer und enger als viele andere, aber genau das ist der Vorteil, wenn man wirklich guten Halt haben möchte. Schade ist, dass dieses Kissen keine Hülle dabei hat, so wie es andere von Cabeau schon gibt. Ich habe mir die Premium Hülle dann noch Extra von Amazon US bestellt, weil es auf DE nicht angeboten wurde.

Not as comfortable as it made out to be. The velcro strap kept scratching my neck and the whole thing was a bit too thick I think and I was not able to tilt my head back...

Super comfy, wore it on an 8.5 hour flight and soo grateful had it on. Velcro strap works well; but the cushion alone is worth it. I also wore it backwards on flight back home and that also has its use case!
