Ceramic Microwave Bacon Cooker - Blue with Raspberry

It's a very attractive kitchen item but its small size makes it marginally useful. The main problem is the size of the bowl that should catch the grease: it is not wide enough so the grease drips out of the bowl onto the microwave. As a result one has to clean up the microwave. There's also a lot of splatter from the top even with a paper towel over it. We bought this after using a friends similar device that was taller with a wider bowl and there was no mess to clean up. This was very disappointing purchase. Perhaps listing the size of the piece would have helped us decide not to buy this brand.

Love this bacon cooker! Not only is it really pretty, American made pottery, it works beautifully!! After using it several times we have figured out the best time for our personal preferences for perfectly cooked bacon. Highly recommend this quality product.
