Great Headset
A great replacement headset. Extremely stable in ear and keeps extraneous sound out while being comfortable in ear. You will appreciate a piece of tape for the boom mic but it's not completely required.

Longer cord is great, sound is clear, little clip could be stronger.

Fits nice at first but as you move it loosens in and around the ear. Sound quality is great though when it stays in.

Great addition if you are an umpire/referee
Plan ahead, this device takes a while to get. Not a last minute purchase. It is right ear only design. That having been said, the device comes with three sizes of fittings for the ear. I found that the device works okay for me without the flexible over-the-ear retainer - which by the way is easily removed or installed. Others may find the retainer helpful or use tape to keep the device in your ear. I umpire field hockey, so lots of running/moving. It stays in my ear without the retainer, but I now use the retainer.

Stays put
Wasn't a fan of the headsets that arrived with the Maxquall 4 pieces set. I found this version and love the fit, the extra noise cancelation effect, crisp and clear communication even at a full run down the pitch.

First nicely on my ear. It stays in place. Sound is clear. The one drawback is the headset does not have a mute button. I would not purchase again.

Does not stay in-ear
This model does not stay in ear and end up just hanging from the top and barely sitting at the ear canal. I was constantly pushing it back in as it felt like it would fall which was very distracting.
