Great item! We currently use it in our church cafe area for bagels. It looks great. I do wish it was a little taller to add additional space between the tray heights, but other than that, it has held up great! A lot of parts to assemble, but once it's together, it functions great!

I really like this product, easy to put together, has held up well. I just wish in the back where the doors open there wasn’t an open space for bugs to get through, not that it happens often, but besides that I like it

Not happy with these 2 tier displays at all. There’s several big issues that must be addressed: 1- there’s a gap almost no matter how you adjust the doors. This can let small bugs in. The front panel that opens, again a gap that you can’t get rid off no matter how you adjust. 2- there’s nuts that come undone in the door hinges, possibly from the tension created by minimizing the door gap. This is a safety issue, the nuts can fall in and be mixed with the pastries accidentally. Hopefully they will use this feedback to correct their design.

This case is for baked items to display at our market stand. The instructions were very clear to put together. The case is very nice, looks and works great. I would highly recommend it.

I'm going to start with the biggest con of this item; no washers! I am continually find screws and bolts that fall off at random times. And as I travel with my displays, I have lost more than a few of them. The set that holds the front case door on is nearly impossible to secure/tighten as you cannot grip the inside piece. I suggest a threading screw to hold them all in place. (Note: I purchased 3 of this item at the same time. This is a problem with ALL three.) Secondly, the front door sometimes bucks itself back behind the piece that is supposed to keep it from going too far back. It's more of an annoyance. Pros: It is a good looking item. Despite the issues with fastening the screws, it does assemble quite easily. The trays are generous in size, and allows me to get quite a few items displayed. Would I buy it again? It depends on if the manufacturer sends me more screw and the missing washers.

We have been using this for 3 weeks at my coffee shop, the case looks nice but dust collects on it quickly and we are consistently tightening the bolts or it wobbles.

So disappointed. For how much this cost, not happy. The doors don’t close correctly. Don’t match up. Gaps again don’t match up. Bought one to start won’t be buying another

Highly recommend using super glue once you have it together and everything lined up. Otherwise it is wobbly and the does won’t line up when closed. Cheaply built yet expensive.
