I am very happy with these batteries.I use them for my deer cameras in below zero temps and the life on them is impressive.

Finally used up the last of the silver and blues that SUCKED SO BAD... Replaced them with these, and now my remotes actually last longer than a couple weeks! Do not buy batteries from that walmart-wannabe club! Buy these instead!!! CHEAPER AND FAR BETTER!

This was an awesome purchase tons of batteries. They seem to be pretty good and it's nice to have extras and not have to worry about buying them at the store for ridiculously high prices

No longer made in Germany... VARTA Longlife AAA batteries are now made in Indonesia. The batteries are produced by Eveready. While VARTA is a German company known for automotive batteries (VARTA Automotive, they now outsource the production of their consumer batteries, including the Longlife AAA, to Indonesia.

Varta....German made. Now a subsidiary of Energizer and manufacturing has shifted. Quality has suffered; yet still among the best in the world (better than Duracell)
