Great product for the price except the 4th time using it one of the suction cups broke off from the plastic where it screws in but was still able to use it pretty consistent for 4 more months before going back to an electric one

It's a good thing it's easy to use. The directions are written in what seems to be Chinese.

Very useful for chopping onions. The base with suction cups holds tight to the counter. Would recommend.

I don't know who all to contact about this problem. The box arrived this morning and when I opened it, there was no handle, or crank, whatever it is called included.I received the replacement chopper yesterday, and have already used it twice. Thank you very much. I am very satisfied and happy.

Exceeded my expectations. Works wonderful.
