I use this gadget on a clipboard to do crossword puzzles at night. Works great, very bright and wide light and the battery lasts pretty long. It seems pretty well built and has no issue charging from any of my multi-chargers. It's extremely light and adds no effort to holding anything it's clipped to and the clip itself grabs on nicely. Definitely worth the money to me.

Folds up compactly but when unfolded, I get a light that actually spans across both pages of my book. So i don't have to keep adjusting where the light is focused. Different modes of light and brightness - i like the brightest and the white light more so than the warm light. No batteries needed - yay! Charges with USB. Very lightweight and does not add hardly any weight to the book when clipped on. Great for the price.

I’m absolutely happy with this light. I was worried this thing would be flimsy or too dim or too gimmicky. But over the last couple of days of use, it has surpassed all of my expectations. It is really well built. I haven’t charged it in three days (3 ish hours of use every day). And I really like the color temperature as well as the light fold. I have a warmer temperature setting for evening reading and a cooler one when I am actually working. All in all, a solid product.

Initially, this book light became one of my favs. The brightness, various modes and quiet clicks are game changing features. It is very sturdy and the flexible neck has withstood the test. It does not flop down. However, after 11 months, I noticed that it does not hold a charge for very long. I charged it all night and barely use it the next day only to find that by midday I have to charge it again. It takes a long time to get a ‘green’ fully charged signal light; so for that reason, I’m giving it four stars. I am pleased with the quality of this product. These are very nice. I give them to my sponsor children (students) in a country with unreliable electric grids so that they don't need to use the light on their phones to study at night. I have also been told of using them as a night light. I love that the color is adjustable and the light bars fold out to more evenly distribute light on a page.

Very bright. Covers the entire 2 pages of a book due to the fold out wings. I haven't used it for an extended period of time yet, so no comment on length of time each charge lasts.

Just bought this and absolutely love it. Very good value for around £11. Not big or bright enough for a piano (imho) but certainly for books or keyboards (see video), so it is versatile in that sense. Clips on to a music stand fine and seems sturdy despite it probably being smaller than you think. You can choose several hues of colour and also strengths of brightness (again, see the video). Very simple to use and easy to change settings. Hope this review and the video are helpful.

La lampe parfaite pour lire au lit ! J'adore le fait qu'elle soit fait en forme de T qui se sépare. Aussi, le fait qu'on puisse ajuster l'angle mais aussi la hauteur et l'emplacement selon nos besoins est un plus ! La pince s'aggripe bien sans être encombrante et le poids de la lumière n'est pas trop lourd, le livre se tient très bien en main pendant plusieurs heures. Les tons et les niveaux déclairage sont parfaits, beaucoup de choix ! Le premier niveau est parfait pour une lumière douce le soir. La durée de vie de la batterie m'a l'air bien pour le moment, je l'ai rechargé complètement lorsqu'elle est arrivée et je n'ai pas eu à la brancher encore depuis. +++ La fonction minuterie, qui s'éteint après 30m est super pour ceux qui s'endorment en lisant ;)

Very good and innovative product. It has three colour modes — white, yellow, and mixed, and five levels of intensity. I usually like the yellow mode for late night reading, and the lowest intensity provides more than sufficient light. It also gives me the longest battery life. I bought a couple of weeks back and have charged it only once. I was also impressed with the fact that the manufacturer gives 3 years warranty upon registration with them. Who gives 3 year warranty for a LED light these days! The clip at base is quite good and can be used as a stand as well. The clip’s design makes sure it does not leave sharp lines on pages. The only gripe I have is that because the clip is dual purpose, it is quite big, and sometimes feels a bit bulky if you have it clipped on the book and want to hold the book with just one hand.
