Works Great!
I just helped my son replace the rear wiper assembly on his 2007 Ford edge. Unlike his girlfriend’s escape that had the same problem, his required the use of this tool to pull off the nut. It actually stuck on the bolt – if I were to use it again, I might actually put something between the tool and the top of the bolt to prevent it from happening again. It ended up not being a huge deal, but it did delay the process a few minutes. Unbelievable set of pillars for the price. A great tool to have specifically for that job – I’m sure it has prevented a lot of broken rear windows. Really glad to have them in my toolbox – I’m sure I will find other uses!

Worked great for pulling off my rear wiper arm
This tool worked perfectly for pulling the rear wiper arm off my Hyundai Santa Fe. There was no way I could pull off the arm by hand without this tool. One caveat is keep a good hold of the tool and arm at all times when you are tightening the tool. If your wiper arm is really tight it might jump quite a bit once the arm releases from the bolt, so be prepared for that possibility.

Tricky at first but works.
I little weird to use at first but once you figure it out its really easy to remove wiper arms. It's not the best build product but it should last for a while.

Made an impossible job not only possible, but easy!
I have an older car and it was nearly impossible to find someone to replace the rear wiper arm on my car. No one could get the part- even Kia didn't have it. So I found the arm on a resell site and a video explaining how to change the part said that you might need this "arm remover tool." It was really not expensive and knowing how old my car is I figured I would need the tool. I can say that this tool made the job not only easier, but actually possible. If I didn't have this tool to take the arm off the car there is no ways I would have been able to remove the arm any other way. The repair at a shop (if they could have gotten the arm) would have been about $250. This inexpensive tool plus buying my own part made this job about $20. Highly recommend you buy this is you're going to tackle changing your rear wiper arm.

Something that works on BMW F30 wiper arms!
Tool is well made and able to remove stubborn BMW wiper arms that were on for 10 years! The only weak spot in the design is the cross pin you torque down to apply pressure. They should redesign with a hex nut instead so you can attach a ratchet, a socket or wrench. First I sprayed penetrating oil and let it sit a few minutes to soak into the splines. Next I had tightened it down to where it was about to bend the cross pin, but stopped for a minute to get a vice grip pliar for better grip. Just then the wiper arm popped off from the pressure. In the end, nothing got bent or broken and I was happy. Just take your time with the tool and she'll work.

A few millimeters more would've been great
It gets the job done if the plastic on your wiper arm is good quality and doesn't crumble like wax under this vise. The current design is intended to hook onto the tiny lip around the screw nut well from the outside. It is not long enough in concavity to hook under the entire sleeve of the wiper arm on the screw shaft from your vehicle. It is very close, like another 1-3 millimeters and this product would've been a five star.

Great puller.
I have another model of this type of puller. I couldn't find it, so I ordered this one. If I found mine, I would send this puller back. I found mine. This puller was so superior, I decided to keep it. This is a great little puller.
