Beautiful
Super easy to build and it looks amazing. Super sturdy and our pups are happy with it. The bottom of entry door is a bit high and our dogs have to jump over but not a big deal.

Don’t be misled by the bad reviews – people just didn’t assemble it properly!
Most of the negative reviews are from folks who didn’t take the time to put it together the right way. You do need to use a bit of force — really knock the metal rods into place so the holes line up with the glass panels. Once it’s assembled correctly, this crate is super sturdy, solid, and absolutely beautiful. It’s clean, modern, and holds up really well. Don’t get discouraged by what others say — the product itself is excellent.

Horrible design
Save yourself the headache. Do not buy this ever. The product doesn’t even fit its own parts, the holes don’t match up to place the screws (no matter how much you push it in) and there is big gaps in between the acrylic panels and the rods where your pet can seriously get injured. I almost cut myself trying to put this together.. I could never imagine leaving my 5lb dog in here alone unsupervised

NOT SAFE - Poorly made and hard to install
Do not buy this product. It is extremely poorly made. The sides scratched just taking the plastic coating off, and the plexiglass holes are completely unforgiving so unless you are able to line it up perfectly each time, don’t bother. Updated: The edges of the door are not safe for pets and the bottom edge scraped my puppy’s underbelly. He is now scared to go in/out of the pen and in/out of his crate. I hadn’t planned to return this as it took so long to build and would be a hassle to take apart but it’s simply not worth my pet’s safety.

Nice playpen for small medium animal
Good Quality. These work best for dogs, little kittens or smaller pets, because they won't be able to jump over. My bunny absolutely love it. All the pieces came with plastic protection film and in perfect mint condition. The assembling is easy and instructions were clear on the manual. I do wish the panels were a little taller, but it's meeting the immediate need and hopefully we won't need it by the time they are big enough to jump out. Overall still a good purchase!
