Nature's Path, Smart Bran Cereal, Organic, 10.6 Oz

I have been eating this cereal daily for about 2 years and I really like it. It has a great amount of fiber and I can tell you first hand that it does the job. It kind of looks like rabbit food and will not overwhelm you with flavor. After eating for a week or so I really started noticing a little sweetness and really enjoy the flavor now. It’s not anything like eating high sugar cereal but I enjoy the flavor and the crunch. I would not leave it sitting in milk too long before eating because it absorbs pretty fast and will get pretty soggy. It is low calorie and has decent protein in it as well. Besides the health ingredients it helped me lose over 60 lbs. I find that it keeps me full longer than most breakfast that I eat. It is a little pricier than other cereals but for the clean and quality ingredients I find it a good value. Try for a week or two and I think it will grow on you.

BEST Cereal on the planet! Tastes great and has the highest amount of fiber per serving of any cereal. With only two servings you get over 100% of daily fiber. It definitely helps with regulation, keeps you full, and is healthy. Highly recommend!!!!

I was REALLY struggling yall! I was trying to decide between this one and the poop like a champion one which has more fiber but I was looking at the testimonies and ppl would say that if they overdo the quantities for the latter, it was a disaster. I figured I'd try this one to start and I finally started going regularly and with very little struggle. It doesn't work right away, probably took a whole day to start seeing results. The taste is not the best but it's also not the worst, especially considering it's doing what I wanted it to. I personally started with half a cup, put some honey and I found macademia milk (pricey - I'm sure you'd get the same taste with oat or almond milk) gave it a good taste. I've been slowly increasing the amounts now though because I've been struggling lately but that could also be me getting too comfortable and not watching what I eat like I was when I first started. Will update. I might try the higher fiber now if I'm not getting the same results I was before but this was a BIG help

Love this cereal. Beyond perfect nutritional profile. If you eat this everyday, you will extend your life for sure. Excellent for blood sugar stability, excellent for regularity, excellent for feeling satiated. I mix a serving of this with a serving of something a little less healthy & more tasty for a nice balance. Eat a bowl everyday and I’m very healthy. Perfect lab work, perfect gut health, and I still have my abs. Highly recommend! Oh, and it’s tastes just fine too.

I love this cereal. It helps with all your fiber needs. Supe, duper effective. It is an acquired taste but I am ok with that. Been a fan for several years. The product was fresh and delivered quickly.

This is a "smart" cereal because it does what bran is supposed to do! We buy it regularly from Amazon because the local stores are usually out. And we get good shipping with Amazon. It tastes great too, especially with blueberries or a banana on top of the milk.
