The info says they are 1.2 watts. if that is correct then 1.2w divided by 12v makes it 0.1 Amp. Would guess starting current would be higher but then fuse would take time to operate. I would try a fuse of 0.2A (200mA) Double it if you connect both together in parallel.

How come the fan sticker says 0.3a and the spec says 0.15a.... which is per fan?
