Really happy with this purchase, bought Green band to assist with knee rehab work. Feels as strong as those at my gym of same colour/resistance rating. I feel it's important to point out that when using these (or other) bands it's important to take care on what you use as an anchor point, if you choose anything which has squared or harsh edges then you are going to cause stress/weakness to the band which will eventually break under pressure. Also do not leave the band attached at the same point all the time, release it and readjust so its not the same point under stress all the time. Happy workouts!!

Item itself was great, and i make good use of it.. But, i was expecting the full set, the item listing is very confusing.. If you are only buying one item in the listing, you should only show that Item in the listing, in this case, just the red band, and not show people using the purple and black band in the items listing photographs, confusing the issue....

I got the band I reckoned would be right for shoulder work. The "weight" ratings in the description proved unusually realistic, and the band is long enough for a versatile range of exercises. It seems excellent quality, and doesn't have that "stick to the skin" feel of older bands. BeMaxx also sent a helpful supplementary exercise guide, which may prove useful in due course.

I wouldn’t waste your money with these. These are too stretchy and offers practically no resistance.

This is a great resistance band seems to be a very high quality all i have as a negative is I though I was buying a set from the picture but if you look carefully it only points to the one, little bit missleading my bag though should have paid more attentikn the sale overall though top training bands

The band itself seems decent quality however I haven’t used it and have sent it back. The product page is misleading and was for resistance bands (plural) with an image of a set of bands. For £20 you get one band which you can pick up elsewhere for £8.

Ottimo acquisto, bande elastiche di qualità. Di questi tempi (palestre chiuse) mi serviva qualcosa per mantenermi in esercizio. Ho scoperto queste bande a resistenza calibrata, e dopo una settimana di uso quasi quotidiano sono contento dell’acquisto. Ne ho prese due viola (18-36 kg ciascuna, a seconda del livello di trazione), consentono una buona varietà di esercizi. L’email con la guida all’allenamento non è arrivata subito, ma mi sono accorto che la confezione contiene un piccolo opuscolo per scaricarla dal sito Bemaxx. La guida propone molti esercizi per ogni gruppo muscolare. Alcuni presuppongono che si fissino le bande a terra o alla parete, ma anche se (come me) non disponete di un ancoraggio sicuro e temete di scardinare porte e finestre, potete comunque sbizzarrirvi lo stesso, a corpo libero o con l’ausilio di una sedia.

These brands are great and have one of the widest ranges of weights that I can find for a reasonable price. I use these bands with a steel bar for doing most conventional exercises at home and they work great! They are not like some cheaper bands that get very heavy very quick but these actually give you a good range of motion and they are not sticky at all. I have been working out hard with them for maybe two months and there is no ware and tear.

Las bandas son increíblemente resistentes y tienen la elasticidad justa para ofrecer el soporte necesario sin perder firmeza. Los materiales parecen de calidad, lo que me da confianza de que no se romperá en mitad de una dominada. Es una herramienta perfecta para empezar a hacer dominadas. Las he usado durante varias semanas en mis entrenamientos y no muestran signos de desgaste ni pérdida de elasticidad, aunque sí del color.

Letztendlich spielt das für mich aber keine Rolle, wenn die Qualität stimmt. LIEFERUNG: Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb von zwei Tagen. Das Band war anständig verpackt und hatte keine Mängel oder Beschädigungen. Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind das Band selbst, zwei kleinere Gummibänder (um das Band zusammenzuschnüren), eine kleine Tasche und eine Einladung zum "BeMaxx-Club". Dieser ermöglicht den Kauf reduzierter Produkte auf der eigenen Website sowie weitere Vorteile. VERARBEITUNG: Das Band hat eine anständige Dicke und wirkt sehr robust. Das Gummi riecht nicht unangenehm (chemisch, oder nach billigem Plastik). Ich denk daher, dass für die Herstellung hochwertiges Gummi verarbeitet worden ist - da billiges Gummi in der Regel sehr penetrant riecht. Das Band kam bereits mehrfach zum Einsatz und ich bin von der Verarbeitung sehr überzeugt. VERWENDUNG: Da ich seit einige Zeit von Bodybuilding auf Körperkrafttraining umgestiegen bin, aber dennoch Übungen für den Muskelaufbau in mein Training implizieren will, hat sich der Kauf - insbesondere für Zugübungen - angeboten (Bizeps-Curls, Lattziehen etc.). Durch die zusammenhängende, runde Form bietet das Band allerdings ein viel größeres Spektrum an Trainingsmöglichkeiten. Eine Möglichkeit ist zum Beispiel, das Band in beide Hänge zu nehmen und um den Rücken zu legen - führt man nun Liegestütze durch, erzeugt das Band beim Hochdrücken einen Widerstand. Für einige Übungen bieten sich so neue Steigerungsmöglichkeiten. FAZIT: Das Band bietet aufgrund seiner o.g. Eigenschaften einige Trainingsmöglichkeiten bzw. neue Steigerungsmöglichkeiten für freie Körperkraftübungen. Man spart sich zusätzlich teure Hanteln. Wer kreativ ist und bereits Körperkrafttraining betreibt, kann hier bedenkenlos zugreifen. Der Preis (habe während einer Rabattaktion gekauft und 11,00 € gezahlt) von unter 20,00 € ist mehr als angemessen, da die Qualität stimmt, und der Nutzen einen großen Mehrwert im freien Training/Muskelaufbautraining darstellt. Von mir gibt's eine klare Kaufempfehlung!
