Hopefully these will last much longer than the plastic alternatives. So far so good.

Cool knife, locking mechanism a little to loose
It's definitely a useful little knife, it's sleek and durable and feels nice while cutting. The only downside of this knife I had was the locking mechanism seems definitely too easy to unscrew I ended up dropping the tiny piece that hold the blade in and it took me about 5 minutes to find. Other than that can't really beat the price and its definitely a useful tool to keep around

good knife, smooth movement and nice extra blades
knife is as expected works well - sliding mechanism works well. good value for knife with extra blades. the blades do not snap clean, maybe just me - as this is my first snap blade knife, but using razor knives for the past 50+ years, I did not think I had to go to school or online to figure out how to cleanly snap the blade... overall good value

A definite step-up from plastic-handled snap utility knives
I was never a fan of the plastic handled snap utility knives. This one feels solid, easy to hold. Definitely not flimsy -- a good purchase.BT Recommends

All metal, I can sterilize by torching, no plastic parts to melt.
I use these to graft plumerias. They do an outstanding job. They are also easy to torch to sterilize for the mosaic virus. There are no plastic parts to melt. Great product.

Sure it works!
I reach for this one all the time…sure it cuts…but it feels great in the hands.Would be cool to have a belt clip attachment- but I know where it is in the house for cutting boxes from Amazon. And it has a number of other uses built in should the future call for it.If I were to be in an apocalyptic scenario- this would go with me…if only it had a belt clip.

these are nice. good price, heavy, sharp. my issue, and this may be user error, i dont see a provision built into the knife to easily break off the dull blade tip. to be honest, i rarely do this and usually use the entire length of the blade, so i just toss it when dull. otherwise, there is always pliers.
