Großes Lob an den Kundenservice
Der Artikel wurde in der falschen Größe geliefert - der Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice war freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. So stelle ich mir das vor. Ein paar Tage später kam dann das richtige Produkt. So was erlebt man nicht immer ! Danke ! Die Bandage erfüllt die Anforderungen komplett !

Umtausch von nicht passendem Gürtel nicht möglich
Habe den Gürtel in Größe 1 bestellt, entsprechend der Tabelle. Gürtel leider viel zu eng (nur 1 x kurz anprobiert). Umtausch nicht möglich, da "Hygieneartikel" - und das bei einem Preis von über 100 EUR. Sehr ärgerlich.

La talla no corresponde con las medidas
La talla S no corresponde con las medidas expuestas, talla muy pequeña (a una niña de 5 años igual le viene bien). Por los comentarios que he podido ver a otra persona también le ha ocurrido lo mismo con la talla. Recomiendo en todo caso una M y no te la juegues porque te va tocar devolverlo.
