I really wanted to love this milk maker. Unfortunately the heating element didn’t work at all. I tried multiple times, and tried troubleshooting, with no luck at all. To say I as disappointed would be an understatement. So I’m returning it. Since it had issues right out of the box, I decided not to try it again, with concerns about their quality control. I’d say buy this one with some skepticism, and hopefully yours works as it should. I ended up buying another brand and am very happy with that purchase.

The product functions perfectly so far. I’ve used bith the oat milk and nut milk settings and they’ve produced really great tasting beverages. The cashew milk is definitely my favorite so far. I hope to try the soy milk setting some day, but it takes far longer than the others so I haven’t gotten there yet. The self cleaning feature is good for sterilization but to get all the residue out you have to clean it carefully by hand. The only thing that would make this product even better would be a removable blender bowl that could be fully submerged in water when cleaning.

It does a fine job of blending the soy beans for soy milk. I wish it could heat the contents.

I used it daily for over a year and the machine finally broke. It’s my favorite purchase after the InstantPot and air fryers! It’s extremely powerful! I was reminded that since it broke, I got a new machine, as much as the new machine advertises the blades as new and improved, I still like Mooye more and think it does a better job to make smooth soy milk. The only con is it’s a bit tough to deep clean it since there’s no way to take out the blades, but depends on what you make, most things come off easily. Another thing is that it's pretty loud when working. So I leave it in the garage to function every morning. For the price, and the non-complicated functions, it gets its job done like no other. I had since tried two different machines that seemed more "fancy" but the end products couldn't compete with Mooye's performance. I highly recommend this machine!!!

It's been a week since I paid for and received this machine. When I use soymilk mode, the bottom of machine was burned. And clean mode is not working very well.

I’ve had it for two months. Great for the first month. Then it worked sometimes. When it does, it smells like the insides are burning. I only use the nut milk option so it isn’t even heating! Don’t waste your money!
