Oxy-Propylene torch
It does work for an Oxy-Propylene torch but you must add a dash of oxygen to get it to light. It will not ignite the propylene by itself! Works great once you figure that out.

Useless, tiny, weak spark.
Couldn't light anything with this useless "sparker". Bought it to light my propane weed torch -- not even the slightest hint of lighting it with this thing. In a dark area inside, a tiny spark is visible, but only very briefly while squeezing or releasing the "trigger". No way whatsoever would it light the propane torch. (BTW, an old-fashioned flint sparker works just fine, but it's awkward to use with the weed torch, so I thought the GUTIMORE sparker might work -- no way.)

Easy to use
Very easy to use, but make sure you don’t squeeze it hard or it will break

Rugged
Solidly made from steel without any breakable parts that I can see and shouldn’t have any problem being dropped on a concrete floor. Squeezingbthe lever produces a long spark that has no problem igniting a torch. It should last and give good service.

much easier to work than conventionals.
the ceramic insulator breaks with the heat from the torch. it still functions though. My old one was made the same way but red vs green worked for about 3 months till the square that holds the adj screw popped out of place I suspect this one will do the same over time.Question for seller>> Will it void the warranty if I tack weld the square in place? (in the opening seen in the side of the handle.

Works like it's supposed to
I had an old one of these piezo igniters, and it was flaky. It needed a very quick squeeze, and still sometimes wouldn't spark. This new one works exactly like it's supposed to, easy squeeze and pop!!!

will not light a propane torch/weed burner
This will not light a propane torch/weed burner. It sparks but just doesn't light it up at any gas flow rate. A standard flint-based striker works fine, guess I'll go back to that

They work
Quick easy way to light a torch. Much less effort than traditional flint spark light.
