Q: How do you add a micro sd card when there appears to be no micro sd card slot to use, please?

The Micro SD card slot is on the side of the mini pc.

Q: Is this pc Windows 11 compatible please?

I'll be able to tell you that, when I update to Windows 11. I think it can run 11. It has the right hardware. Except for a Hard drive card that is larger. In case you need it!

Q: I need a better wifi signal because the router is 30 feet away. Is there an external wifi antenna that would work well with this pc?

The antenna of this mini pc is built-in, you could add AP or router to relay the signal.

Q: The product says it can be vesa mounted - does the box come with a vesa mount? if not, where can you get one to fit?

It comes with a mounting bracket.I don't know that it conforms to any spec.

I got this mini pc as a replacement for an Awow AK41 which failed after 9 months use. The customer service team were very responsive, friendly and professional. After some troubleshooting, it was deemed I needed a new PC and they provided one very promptly. The new PC I received (AL34) has been perfect for my activities. I use it as a streaming pc for films and tv and it is excellent for this use. It was also very easy to set up. I am very happy despite the initial early failure as the customer service was so good. I feel this+ the product are great value for money.
