This tool makes timing belt jobs much quicker and easier!
I'm a Volkswagen technician and this tool is very handy for doing timing belts on the 1.4 & 1.5 liter engines. If you do a timing belt according to our factory repair manual instructions, then you have to disassemble the other side of the head where the water pump is in order to install a special tool that holds the timing in place by the ends of the camshaft. This tool makes that job much quicker and easier!
